Hotel Manager:
Tom comes from a farming background born in Gunnedah and grew up on a property on the Liverpool plains NSW.
He is been in the Hospitality industry since 2004 mostly working in fine dining in the Hunter Valley at Bistro Molines for 10 years.
I would very much like to bring the Hotel back to the locals, but create a safe and inviting atmosphere for all non-local and local guests to meet and socialize in a warm, Friendly “country pub” feel.
